The camp belongs to the Desert and Delta portfolio and was completely rebuilt in 2018 as a modern luxury safari lodge, the lodge is located within the world-renowned Moremi Game Reserve.
Game drives in open 4×4 vehicles, both in the morning and late afternoons, offer frequent sightings of lion, leopard and cheetah as well as wild dog. Alternatively, guest can explore the Xakanaxa Lagoon and surrounding Okavango channels by motorboat.

Camp Moremi is one of the legendary iconic camps of the Okavango. It was first established back in the early 80s. It is operated by Desert & Delta Safaris and it forms an important part of their portfolio. Based in NG28, The Moremi Game Reserve, in the accessible side that is open to visitors, the camp looks out over the Xakanaka Lagoon. It’s a great spot for a romantic getaway, and has year round water activities which is a bonus. The camp also underwent a major overhaul and rebuild in 2018, and beyond retaining its old world Okavango charm, it now boasts some comforts that make for a lovely stay.
