Kiri Camp sits deep within the privately-run NG32 concession in the Okavango Delta, on the seasonal Kiri Channel between the Boro and Kiri River systems, roughly 20km southwest of Chief’s Island. Shaded by jackalberry and ebony trees, the camp overlooks open floodplains that flood and recede with the Delta’s seasonal rhythms.

Accommodation comprises 10 elegant tented suites, raised on wooden decks for uninterrupted floodplain views, ideal for up to 8 guests and older (best suited to children aged 8+). The design favours understated comfort with a light ecological footprint over ostentation.

NG32’s diverse habitats support excellent year-round game viewing, with elephant and buffalo often gathering in large numbers and healthy populations of lion, leopard, wild dog and hyena. Off-road driving privileges allow closer wildlife encounters, while night drives reveal the Delta’s nocturnal species.

Activities include morning and afternoon 4×4 game drives, night drives, guided walking safaris, mokoro excursions and boating when water levels allow, plus birdwatching across the floodplains. Evenings are unhurried, centred on spa treatments, fireside conversation and dining beneath the stars.
